v) Job Title: Director of Operations vi) Business Phone: 202-355-8553 vii) Mobile Number: 703-942-7655
c) Click Save .
6) Add and rename a HR News announcements list. a) In SharePoint, select Site contents from the Quick Launch. b) Under List, Libraries and other Apps, select add an app .
c) Select the Announcements tile. d) In the Name field, type news . e) Click Create . f) In the Quick Launch, under Recent, click news . g) Observe “news” I the URL. h) Click the List tab and click the List Settings button. i) Under General Settings, click List name, description and navigation . j) Clear out the Name field and type HR News . k) In the Display this document library on the Quick Launch? field, select Yes . l) In the Quick Launch, click HR News . m) Observe “news” I the URL.
7) Enter a News announcement. a) Click the +new announcement button. b) Enter the following information: i) Title: Company Picnic
ii) Body: We are pleased to announce our company picnic has been scheduled on
8) Add and rename an Employee Resources links list. a) In SharePoint, select Site contents from the Quick Launch. b) Under List, Libraries and other Apps, select add an app . c) Select the Links tile.
