Merge with a data source.
Note: This process merges names from your Contacts folder in Outlook. If you do not already have a list of names in your Contacts folder, import the file named CONTACTS.CSV from the student data folder into Outlook. Open Outlook and select the Import and Export option on the File menu. The Import and Export Wizard opens. Select the Import from another program or file action. You want to import the Comma Separated Values (Windows) file named CONTACTS.CSV into your Contacts folder. Then, close Outlook.
