2. Under Select recipients , select the Select from Outlook contacts option.

The Select from Outlook contacts option is selected and the options update accordingly.
3. Under Select from Outlook contacts , select the Choose Contacts Folder link. Depending on your Outlook settings, the Choose Profile dialog box may open. opens, select the desired profile and select OK . The Choose Profile dialog box closes and the Select Contacts dialog box opens. 4. If the Choose Profile dialog box

5. Select the desired folder. The folder is selected.
Click Contacts , if necessary, or the folder indicated by your instructor

The Select Contacts dialog box closes and the Mail Merge Recipients dialog box appears.
7. Select OK .

The Mail Merge Recipients dialog box closes. The selected data source appears in the Mail Merge task pane. 8. Under Step 3 of 6 , select the Next: Arrange your directory link. Step 4 of 6 appears in the Mail Merge task pane. 9. Position the insertion point where you want to insert the first merge field. The insertion point is placed in the desired location.
Click Next: Arrange your directory
Press [Ctrl+Home] , if necessary
